I had an outstanding experience at Firestone on Sunday , and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kenly, the Service Manager! He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Even though it was already past closing time, Kenly stayed late to make sure my vehicle was serviced and that I wasn’t left waiting or having to come back another day. You don’t see that level of dedication and customer service every day. Kenly was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Firestone is lucky to have someone like Kenly on their team! If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for Kenly.

Worst customer service ever! Avoid this location. ​I booked an 8:00 AM appointment 3 days in advance specifically to ensure my car would be first on the alignment rack. I arrived punctually at 8:00 AM. After waiting for nearly an hour, my car remained untouched while the alignment rack sat empty. ​When I questioned the delay, an employee named Marcus was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful. He falsely claimed to be the "owner" of the location to intimidate me. When I pointed out that I simply wanted the appointment I booked, he accused me of asking for "special treatment" and had the audacity to suggest I "just leave" if I didn't like the service. Finally, when I told him I couldn't wait any longer, he dismissively told me to "take the car and go" in the rudest manner possible. ​The truth is obvious: because I hold a Lifetime Alignment plan, Marcus intentionally ignored my vehicle because he couldn't extract a new payment from me today. This level of dishonesty, arrogance, and lack of professional ethics is unacceptable. Firestone Corporate needs to investigate this location immediately. Stay away!

Tires and brakes should be handled by specialists, in my opinion, which is why I go to Firestone. Besides, I live only one mile away. I drive my Honda Odyssey a lot (currently it has 142,000 miles), so the tire rotation service benefit (included in a previous set of four tire purchase and wheel alignment) I have after every 5000 miles synches well with regular oil changes ($92 after online coupon). The guys here are always friendly.

The service at Firestone was great. I got my tire changes and balance. The customer rep was very helpful. Name Marquis. He explained everything thoroughly and also informed me that my lug nuts needed to be replaced. Which I did. I was a quick service and definitely recommend to get you car service there

I would not recommend going to this Firestone location. In December 2025, a mechanic told me my car needed new tie rods. I brought the car in during March 2026 because the steering wheel was shaking while driving. When I arrived, I clearly explained the issue to the person at the front desk and told him that I just wanted to replace the tie rods to address the shaking. The employee suggested that I also replace the struts, saying it could help with the steering problem. Based on his recommendation, I agreed to have the struts replaced along with the tie rods. However, when I picked up the car and started driving it, the steering wheel was still shaking the same way it was before the repair. It actually felt worse because the tires were now wobbly. When I came to pickup the car, I spoke with the same gentleman. He did not mention that the problem might still exist, and he did not say anything about the steering still shaking when the car was returned to me. I asked if everything was good with the car, and if the car was realigned and the gentleman said yes. I called Friday morning and brought the car back in so they could take another look at it. After checking the car again, the
